Welcome

 

Welcome to the Town of Portland.  We are a small, rural community in the southwest corner of Monroe County.

 

Our residents are mainly in the Cashton school district with a few in the Westby school district. Some projects that have occurred in our area include the installation of cellular towers, two wind turbines, a solar farm, and two flood monitoring stations.  Part of the Township is currently being updated with Broadband services.
